A Year of Mooseness Celebration
Our MOOSE-ic Festival, presented by Kalitta Air, is North Star Reach’s signature summer celebration—bringing together music, community, and camp magic for a full day of fun!
Set in the heart of camp, this festival is all about slowing down, soaking up summer, and celebrating Mooseness in every form.

Moose-ellaneous
- Seating is available in the Campitheater & lawn on a first come, first serve basis. Please feel free to bring blankets & lawn chairs. Pop-up tents may be set up in the last row of the lawn area only. All tents MUST be staked/secured down. We kindly ask that no coolers or or items that obstruct views are brought in.
- Camp gets dark after dusk – catch some fireflies & bring your own bug spray, flashlights, sunscreen, etc.
- Cellular service is spotty for a short time as you enter North Star Reach, but will open back up once you enter the heart of camp. Guest WiFi will be available!
- Once you enter the gate to camp, you will still travel over a mile to the parking areas, so please plan your arrival time accordingly. Parking volunteers will be there to guide you upon entry & exit. Please do not park anywhere along the road or pathways.
- VIP guests – please show your VIP ticket to parking attendants to be directed to the VIP lot.
- Our event page will be updated periodically with all of the information included in this packet.
- Food & drink are available for purchase. Food can be purchased directly from the food trucks. Drink tickets can be purchased at the Drink Ticket booth & redeemed at the bar. Cash & credit card will be accepted.
- Guests 21 & over must provide proof of age to obtain a drink wristband for alcoholic beverages. Guests without a drink wristband will not be served nor permitted in the bar area. Drink wristbands can be obtained at the NSR Info Booth in the Hangar (next to the VIP Lounge).
- Feel free to explore camp! Please help us comply with Michigan Liquor Control regulations by not taking alcohol beyond areas noted by signage & flags.
- North Star Reach is a weapon free, smoke free, and pet free facility.
