North Star Reach provides life-changing, year-round programs (at camp and remotely) for children with serious health challenges and their families, free of charge.

family camp APPLICATIONS

An application must be complete before it is reviewed by our medical team. Please click the button above to begin the Family Camp application process. A completed application consists of these components:

Step 1

• If you don't already have one, create an account in our Application Database – Ultracamp

• Make a reservation in the Family Camp Application and complete the required information for each family member including immunizations

Step 2

• Completed application reviewed by our camp medical team

IMPORTANT! Immunization requirements* include:
• 2 MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• 2 Varicella (Chicken Pox)
• Tdap Booster for ages 11 and older
*unless medically exempt

Step 3

• Keep an eye out for emails from our amazing medical team regarding any further information that may be required to complete your camper or family application

SUMMER CAMP APPLICATIONS

• Select a session and make a reservation in the Residential Camper Application and complete the required information including all required medical forms and immunization records

Step 2

• Completed application reviewed by our camp medical team

At North Star Reach, kids with serious illnesses can reclaim their childhood as they embark on confidence-building adventures in a fun, medically sound environment.
