The existing boathouse will be renovated to include 2 accessible bathrooms and a water equipment storage and check out area.  A pavilion roof will be added next to the building to provide a shaded activity space next to the water.  Docks for swimming and boating will be added to the beach and a paved walkway will connect the boathouse to the docks.  Fishing docks will be accessed from the amphitheater area.
